Yes. The operating company name is no longer International Truck and Engine Corporation. It is now officially Navistar, Inc. We have the same structure, just a new name for the operating company.

Navistar International Corporation is our holding company, and its operating subsidiaries is Navistar, Inc. Navistar Financial Corporation is an affiliate of Navistar International Corporation.
