Troy A. Clarke assumed the role of president and chief executive officer of Navistar International Corporation on April 15, 2013, after serving as chief operating officer since August 2012.
As COO, Clarke was accountable for all Navistar operations in North America and globally. He assumed this role shortly after being named president, Truck and Engine, in July 2012. Clarke joined Navistar Inc. in January 2010 as president of Navistar Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for leading the company’s growth initiatives in the region. He came to Navistar after a distinguished 35-year career at General Motors.
At General Motors, Clarke most recently served as president of GM North America and GM group vice president. Preceding that role, he spent two years as the president of GM Asia Pacific and GM group vice president. Clarke also held the role of GM group vice president of Manufacturing and Labor Relations, where he was responsible for North America vehicle manufacturing, vehicle operations, the metal fabricating division, and labor relations. Over the course of his career with GM, he held several additional leadership roles, including president and managing director of GM de Mexico and director of Manufacturing for GM de Mexico.
Clarke joined GM in 1973 as a co-op student at Pontiac Motor Division. He remained at Pontiac for 10 years, holding several engineering and manufacturing roles of increasing responsibility. He received a bachelor's degree in engineering from the General Motors Institute in 1978 and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan in 1982.
Clarke is a member of the board of directors of Fuel Systems Solutions.
Jack Allen
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Jack Allen is executive vice president and chief operating officer for Navistar International Corporation. He was named to the position on April 16, 2013. Previously, Allen served Navistar Inc. as president of North America Truck and Parts.
As COO, Allen is accountable for Navistar’s daily operations in North America and globally. Allen has served at Navistar for more than 30 years. In that time, he has held numerous leadership positions in nearly every key area of the company.
Andrew J. (A. J.) Cederoth
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Andrew J. (A. J.) Cederoth serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Navistar International Corporation. He was named to the position on September 29, 2009. Previously, Cederoth served Navistar Inc. as senior vice president, Corporate Finance and principal financial officer.
As CFO, Cederoth is responsible for the leadership of the company's accounting and finance organization by continuing to ensure that Navistar has a robust financial reporting and planning infrastructure in place, and that the company's accounting and finance team is prepared to conduct business on a global basis.
Steven K. Covey
Senior Vice President, Chief Ethics Officer and General Counsel
Steven Covey serves as senior vice president, general counsel and chief ethics officer for Navistar. He joined the company's law department in 1981 and has held several positions including vice president and general counsel for Navistar Financial Corporation and deputy general counsel, associate general counsel, general attorney, senior counsel and senior attorney for Navistar.
Greg W. Elliott
Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administration
Greg Elliott serves as senior vice president, Human Resources and Administration, at Navistar, Inc., the operating company of Warrenville, Ill.- based Navistar International Corporation (NYSE: NAV), one of the world's largest truck and engine manufacturers. Elliott was named to this position in July 2008 after serving four years as Vice President, Corporate Human Resources and Administration. Elliott joined the company in August 1999 as vice president, Communications Strategy.
Curt A. Kramer

Curt A. Kramer has served as Corporate Secretary of NIC since 2007. Mr. Kramer has also served as Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Navistar, Inc. since 2007. Prior to these positions, Mr. Kramer served as General Attorney of Navistar, Inc. from April 2007 to October 2007, Senior Counsel of Navistar, Inc. from 2004 to 2007, Senior Attorney of Navistar, Inc. from 2003 to 2004 and Attorney of Navistar, Inc. from 2002 to 2003. Prior to joining Navistar, Inc., Mr. Kramer was in private practice.
James M. Moran
Vice President and Treasurer
James Moran has served as Vice President and Treasurer of NIC since 2008. Mr. Moran also served as Vice President and Treasurer of Navistar, Inc. since 2008. Prior to these positions, Mr. Moran served as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer of both NIC and Navistar, Inc. from 2007 to 2008 and Director of Corporate Finance of Navistar, Inc. from 2005 to 2007. Prior to joining NIC, Mr. Moran served as Vice President and Treasurer of R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company, an international provider of print and print related services, from 2003 to 2004 and Assistant Treasurer of R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company from 2002 to 2003. Prior to that, Mr. Moran held various positions in corporate finance, strategic planning, and credit and collections at R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company.
Richard C. Tarapchak

Richard C. Tarapchak has served as Vice President and Controller (Principal Accounting Officer) of NIC since March 2010. Prior to this position, Mr. Tarapchak served as Vice President-Strategic Initiatives of Navistar, Inc. from 2008 to March 2010. Mr. Tarapchak also served as Vice President-Chief Financial Officer of the Truck Group of Navistar, Inc. from 2005 to 2008, Director-Corporate Financial Analysis of Navistar, Inc. from 2003 to 2005 and Director, Finance-Operations of Navistar, Inc. from 2000 to 2003.
Eric Tech
President Global Truck & Engine
Eric Tech is president of Navistar Global Truck and Engine, a leader in providing clean diesel engines in the 3L-15L range worldwide. Under Tech’s leadership, Navistar has diversified its engine product line-up and global customer base. He also has been instrumental in Navistar’s efforts to bring 2010 emissions-compliant engines to market in North America. Tech joined the Engine Group in 2006, after almost two decades with Ford Motor Company. At Ford, Tech held positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, quality, product planning, and vehicle and program management.
