Persio V. Lisboa, President and Chief Executive Officer

Persio V. Lisboa has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Navistar since July 2020. Prior to holding this position, Mr. Lisboa served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of NIC from March 2017 to July 2020, as President, Operations of NI from November 2014 to March 2017, as Senior Vice President, Chief Procurement Officer of NI from December 2012 to November 2014, as Vice President, Purchasing and Logistics and Chief Procurement Officer of NI from October 2011 to November 2012, and as Vice President, Purchasing and Logistics of NI from August 2008 to October 2011. Prior to these positions, Mr. Lisboa held various management positions within the Company’s North American and South American operations.

Troy A. Clarke, Executive Chairman

Troy A. Clarke has served in the executive position of Executive Chairman since July 2020. Prior to holding this position, Mr. Clarke served as Chairman of our Board of Directors from February 2017 to July 2020, as President and Chief Executive Officer from April 2013 to July 2020, and as a member of our Board of Directors since April 2013. Additionally, Mr. Clarke served as President and Chief Operating Officer from August 2012 to April 2013, as President of the Truck and Engine Group of NI from June 2012 to August 2012, as President of Asia-Pacific Operations of NI from 2011 to 2012, and as Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives of NI from 2010 to 2011. Prior to joining Navistar, Mr. Clarke held various positions at General Motors Company (GM), including President of GM North America from 2006 to 2009 and President of GM Asia Pacific from 2003 to 2006.

Walter G. Borst, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Walter G. Borst has served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since June 2013. Prior to joining NI, Mr. Borst served as Chairman, President and CEO of GM Asset Management and Vice President of GM since 2010. Prior to that, Mr. Borst served as Vice President and Treasurer of GM from 2009 to 2010 and as Treasurer of GM from 2003 to 2009.

Friedrich W. Baumann, President, Sales, Marketing and Aftersales

Friedrich W. Baumann has served as President, Sales, Marketing and Aftersales since August 2020. In this capacity, he is responsible for the management of all aspects of the company’s relationship with customers and dealers. In addition, Mr. Baumann is responsible for management of the alliance between Navistar and Traton SE. Prior to this position, Mr. Baumann served as President, Aftersales, overseeing Navistar’s parts, service and warranty businesses, as well as dealer network development and Navistar’s OnCommand® Connection connected truck platform. Prior to this, Mr. Baumann served as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Planning. Before joining Navistar in April 2018, Mr. Baumann held various executive management positions with Daimler Trucks North America and other units of Daimler AG.

Phil Christman, President, Operations

Phil Christman has served as President, Operations since April 2017. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s global operations, including its Brazil, Mexico and Global Export businesses, in addition to procurement, product development, manufacturing and supply chain. Prior to his current role, Mr. Christman was Vice President, Strategy. Before that role, Mr. Christman served in a number of positions of increasing responsibility within Navistar’s operations since joining Navistar in 1986, including Vice President and General Manager of Vocational Trucks; President, Global Business; Vice President, Engineering; and, Chief Procurement Officer.

Donna G. Dorsey, Senior Vice President, Chief People and Diversity Officer

Donna G. Dorsey serves as Senior Vice President, Chief People and Diversity Officer since February 2018. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of human resource and diversity strategy. Prior to this role, Ms. Dorsey led strategic HR direction for all business operations while overseeing the company’s team of HR Business Partners. Ms. Dorsey previously held roles within Navistar with increasing levels of responsibility, including HR leadership within Navistar’s Integrated Product Development and Navistar Financial organizations. Prior to joining Navistar, Ms. Dorsey also held leadership positions at Sears, Roebuck & Company (now Sears Holdings).

Curt A. Kramer, Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Curt A. Kramer has served as our Senior Vice President and General Counsel since April 2017. Prior to holding this position, Mr. Kramer served as Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of NIC and NI since December 2007. Prior to holding these positions, Mr. Kramer served as General Attorney of NI from April 2007 to December 2007, Senior Counsel of NI from 2004 to 2007, Senior Attorney of NI from 2003 to 2004, and Attorney of NI from 2002 to 2003. Prior to joining NI, Mr. Kramer was in private practice.

William V. McMenamin, President, Financial Services and Treasurer

William V. McMenamin has served as our President, Financial Services and Treasurer since August 2015. He has also served as President of NFC since January 2013. Mr. McMenamin served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of NFC from October 2008 to January 2013. Prior to these positions, he served as Vice President of Strategy of NFC from May 2007 to October 2008, Vice President of Credit of NFC from April 2005 to May 2007, and Director of Corporate Finance of NI from 2001 to 2005. Prior to joining Navistar, Mr. McMenamin held various positions in finance and accounting with a human resources services company, a national bank and a national accounting firm.

Julie Ragland, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Julie Ragland has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer since September 2018. In this role, she is responsible for the delivery of all IT strategy and operations, including Navistar’s connected vehicle and smart factory (Industry 4.0) capability. Prior to Navistar, Ms. Ragland spent 15 years at Johnson Controls/Adient and 15 years in consulting, primarily with Ernst & Young.

Samara A. Strycker, Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller

Samara A. Strycker has served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of NIC since August 2014. Prior to joining NIC, Ms. Strycker served as Regional Controller, Americas, of General Electric Healthcare ("GE Healthcare") from July 2010 to July 2014, and prior to that position, she served as Assistant Controller of GE Healthcare from September 2008 to July 2010. Prior to joining GE Healthcare, Ms. Strycker was employed at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1993 to 2008. Ms. Strycker is a Certified Public Accountant.

Robert B. Walsh , Vice President, Emerging Technologies, Strategy and Planning

Robert B. Walsh has served as Vice President, Emerging Technologies, Strategy and Planning, since August 2020. Prior to his current role, he was chief procurement officer for Sears Holding Corporation. Before his time at Sears, Mr. Walsh worked for Navistar for 15 years in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as president of the company’s business unit Navistar Defense, LLC. Before initially coming to Navistar, Mr. Walsh served as manager of Business Development for the regional aircraft aviation services of Bombardier Aerospace, and prior to that, held management roles at telecommunications provider Ameritech and as a supervising senior accountant at KPMG Peat Marwick.

Richard E. Bond, Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Richard E. Bond has served as our Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since June 2017. Mr. Bond joined NI in 2009 as Assistant General Attorney and became General Attorney and Assistant Corporate Secretary in June 2015. Prior to joining NI, he served Monaco Coach Corporation as Senior Vice President, Secretary and Chief Administrative Officer from 1999 to 2009, as Vice President, Secretary and Chief Administrative Officer from 1998 to 1999 and as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from 1997 to 1998. Prior to 1997, Mr. Bond was the senior legal officer of another recreational vehicle manufacturer, after beginning his career in private practice.
